Sales Enablement Data Intern

(Internship position: 12 Month Contract)

The intention is to give practical work experience to graduates who are in their last year of study and require exposure in a work environment. Successful interns will be expected to complete a 12-month contract commencing February 2025 and terminating January 2026. The Sales Enablement Data Intern will report to the Head of Sales Enablement.

This post is based in Goodwood, Cape Town.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Data input and analysis - perform collection, interpretation and recording of data in accordance with
• company’s guidelines and standards.
• Data integrity - Perform data validation and storage of various project documents.
• Sort and organize the data, both hard copy and electronic versions.
• Assist staff in data entry when required.
• Provide data management updates in all internal and external meetings as required.
• Analyze data for quality improvement purposes.
• Prepare data for reporting, meeting, presentations and create reporting dashboards
• Prepare and submit data required for audits.
• Training and needs analysis -Train users on an ongoing basis
• Staying abreast of new Salesforce releases and functionality
• Setting up of new users.
